Continuing the tradition

Our family comes from Konitsa,
a beautiful area near Ioannina in North-West Greece, which is famed for its traditional Epirot pies, its feta cheese pies, its spinach pies, its unique bougatsa, and any number of other delicacies.

Our family embarked on its culinary journey in 1956, with three core principles for guidance: quality, pure ingredients variety and respect for tradition.

All our products are made by hand with the freshest and purest artisan ingredients in accordance with traditional recipes from Epirus which have been passed down from generation to generation.

We stand out for Quality, Taste and Quantity.

Our trademark products are our traditional bougatsa and range of authentic pastry products from Epirus, without that detracting in any way from our other traditional pastries.

Our bougatsa has a light and airy, crisp and dry pastry that’s a triumph. Combined with a sweet, vanilla custard with just the right texture, the result is one of the best bougatsa I’ve ever tasted in Athens.
